Dear Family and Friends, It was a cloudy day, it was still warm but with a strengthening wind. I walked to the beach, I couldn't get onto the promenade, because the runners were out, so I sat for a while and then returned home. The only productive thing I managed was to flatten cardboard for recycling next week. PM we finished Jack Ryan, and have just started the first episode of 'Bad Sisters', it remains to be seen whether we really get into it.
