Dear Family and Friends, Today was chilly and rainy. I therefore wimped out of walking and did exercises instead. I had two visits to the health centre, first to drop in our prescriptions and later, after a text, to collect what turned out to be something that I didn't need and have no idea why I received it, hey ho!
