Dear Family and Friends, Today was a bit unusual. I walked to the beach as usual, but it was so hot I immediately turned tail and headed home. Late morning we were at The Care Centre in Colchester, where I went 'under the knife'! Only a minor surgery; it was swift and painless. I was out in 15 minutes, and we didn't even have to pay for parking! Good old NHS—don't knock it! Now for a few more pictures just for you!
