Dear Family and Friends, It was another rather hot day, 25c here on the coast. I walked as usual, and then it was supermarket day. Helped a friend whose bus was cancelled, so quick trip to Colchester. PM had a visit from friends, which was very enjoyable. Now for more from the very latest fun stuff on the net!

Dear Family and Friends, It was another warm day with clear blue skies. I walked to the beach, it was misty. Later we went for a boat trip up to the river Orwell. Back home early afternoon, I must confess the sea air got the better of me and I dozed most of the PM. Now I have had another dig around and found more funny fodder, just for you!
