Dear Family and Friends, It was another reasonable day with quite a lot of sun, but the wind was cold. We visited the supermarket for essentials, and later I visited the Health Centre. PM I walked to the beach, but returned quickly and there was an icy blast on the promenade. Now once again I have cobbled together a miscellany of funny bits and bobs that I very much hope you will enjoy!
