Dear Family and Friends, it was a bright but cold day with early frost. I walked to the beach and the visibility out to sea was exceptionally clear. Did a few minor jobs around the house, and pm it was TV. Now I have hopefully found, with the help from my friends a crop of hopefully suitable fun things which I very much hope will raise a laugh!

Dear Family and Friends, It was another chilly day with occasional showers some of sleet. I must confess that I had a day of R & R, I think that the cold yesterday hit my back, and today I am walking like a penguin!
