Dear Family and Friends, Today was overcast with a breeze. It was pleasant on the promenade for my walk, but the humidity was high, which was a bit oppressive. We pottered around this morning, the time split by a hot chocolate break which kept us going until lunch. In the pm we were back on 'The Mentalist', which continues to entertain. Saturday's Funnies

Dear Family and Friends, I didn't walk today; it was too hot. Instead, I did exercises. I stayed in the cool and did some stuff on my computer. After lunch we were again bingeing on 'The Mentalist', well into series 4. Now I have been scouring the Internet for suitable pictures, which it is hoped will create some amusement just for you!

Weekend Funnies

Dear Family and Friends, We had a rude awakening when the Colchester Hospital called at 10:30 and moved H's appointment forward, so we had to go right then! The procedure took longer than expected, but all was well. When we left the hospital, the temperature had rocketed. We burned our rear ends on the car seats, and were thankful when the climate control kicked in. Home just before 1400 for a snack lunch and then more of 'The Mentalist'. We finished series 3 and are now on series 4. Now for your weekend funnies, which I hope will give you joy!
