Dear Family and Friends, I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas! We had a quiet time with family, and ate 9000 calories, now I must try an work it off! It was dank and foggy outside today so I didn't walk, but I did do exercises. Now I have had a a delve 'down there' and collected together just enough to complete the blog.
