Dear Family and Friends, Today was cloudy but there was no wind so it was mild. I walked to the end of the promenade for the first time for several days, and by the time that I arrived home I was really hot! I had a trip to the Pharmacy, the Post Office and the Co-op, the Pharmacy was very busy and I was nearly late for lunch.
