Dear Family and Friends, Today was bright but chilly 5c. I walked to the beach, but took a while as I met several friends and spent some time catching up. Later I had an expedition to the hospital, pharmacy and post office, home just in time for lunch. PM we watched 'Bones' again, we are half way through series 4. Now for a bit more fun stuff!
