Dear Family and Friends, It was another great day, warm and calm. I walked to the beach, and by the time I arrived home I was boiled! Next was a visit to the Health Centre for a check up, and pm we shopped at the supermarket. Now I have done some serious filtering (there's a lot of unfunny stuff out there!) and now present to you the best of the bunch for tonight!
