Dear Family and Friends, Today was a mix of brightness and cloud. I walked to the beach, the sky was interesting with just about every cloud form you can imagine in the same place! I did more planking , that's on the boat not yoga. PM more 'Bones', entertaining as ever. Now for a deluge of fun stuff duly filtered and polished to fit our sense of humour! Enjoy!
