Dear Family and Friends, Not a bad day, bright early cloudy later no rain. I walked to the beach and all was well in the harbour. The rest of the morning was quite busy, Health Centre to hand in prescriptions and Charity shop to donate a few things. PM more episodes of 'Criminal Minds' quite gripping stuff!
