Dear Family and Friends, Today was hot, humid and very windy. I was surprised that by the beach there were very few people, maybe they were wiser than me! After a blood test at the Medical Centre, we stayed in and watched James Bond, it is interesting how old they seem now the cars and the gadgets. Now for a few more pictures for you to look at!

Dear Family and Friends, It was a good day, first I walked by the sea, and noticed that it was really calm. So we decided to go for a boat trip to see the seals, which we did. On our return trip we found a guy in the middle of the channel with a dead engine, so we towed him back to his berth. We then finished with a picnic on board. We are blessed to live by the sea!
