Dear Family and Friends, Today was sunny and warm but with a stiff breeze. We had a quiet day, I'm not allowed to lift heavy things or bend down too low. We went to the supermarket and Helen kindly drove us, although I feel that I could have driven. I must suppress my hunter gatherer instincts for a few more days! Now for more fun stuff for your amusement!
