Dear Family and Friends, Today was great, we had a boat trip in fine weather to visit our local seal colony. We were out for only an hour and a half and managed a princely 7.5 miles! We are lucky to live where we do, I hope we don't take it for granted! Here are your funnies....

Dear Family and Friends, It was dentist for me today, only a descale - or hammer and chisel job! Then we shopped at the pharmacy and called in at the bank. It was warm and sunny.
