Dear Family and Friends, Today started overcast but brightened up by midday. I had a visit to the primary care centre in Colchester, where I met a nice dermatologist who looked at my scalp. More exciting episodes about that in a few weeks' time. Parking was a challenge, but the service was so swift I didn't have to pay and got home in time for hot chocolate! PM, we have started a new crime series called 'The Mentalist'; it seems promising. Now for more of the latest and best pictures that I could trawl from the Web. Hoping that you enjoy them!
I find it a bit worrying that this is 26 years old!
Waaay! Although I'm not sure where I'm going to land!
Total logic!
Great find!
Clever pencil lead art!
This Lady is about to fly an A-10 tank buster with a monster gatling gun!
Dear Family and Friends, Today was warm and sunny, but the NE wind continues. I walked to the beach but didn't hang around, as I was off to the Master Mariner's Club in Felixstowe with lunch and a speaker. It was an interesting profile of Parham Airfield, used by the US Air Force in WWII. Home at about 1630. Now for more pictorial fun, which it is hoped is to your liking!
Disabled Flamingo!
Those 'good ol' boys' are having a ball south of the Mason-Dixon!
Remember this from the '60s – an Esso ad with the slogan 'Put a tiger in your tank'!
Dear Family and Friends, Another day of sunshine and clouds. I walked to the beach as normal and ran into an old friend with whom we solved some world problems. Later I visited what was my father's bungalow and had a great chat with the new owners. PM, we watched the concluding episodes of 'Absentia'. Tomorrow we will start season 2. Now I have excavated a selection of pictures which I hope will raise a titter or two!
