Dear Family and Friends, It was a sunny day but with ice cold wind. I walked to the beach, and chatted with one of my old muckers. Apart from that we had a quiet day after yesterday's exertions. I did however visit the pharmacy for our prescriptions, and fortunately there were not many people in the queue in front of me. PM we lounged in front of the TV with more 'Criminal Minds'.
