Dear Family and Friends, It was overcast today and the wind was rising during the morning. I walked to the beach, and met another old friend with whom I passed the time of day. Then it was a foray to Morrison's for essential food etc. Home in time for hot chocolate, I also flattened more cardboard for recycling. PM we watched TV and for once I didn't go to sleep. Now for more of the usual, and hopefully it will make you smile!
