Dear Family and Friends, Another great day with plenty of sunshine. I walked as usual to the beach, there were plenty of visitors about, and I met and chatted with a couple of friends. Back home I earned a few brownie points vacuuming upstairs. PM we watched TV and are continuing with 'Criminal Minds', gory but cleverly written!
