Dear Family and Friends, Today wasn't one of the best. I had what I think was mild food poisoning. It stopped me from going to my club meeting, and to top it all, it rained most of the day! Therefore, I had a lazy time. By lunchtime I had perked up a bit, so I delivered our prescription to the health centre. PM, we are now on 'Criminal Minds' series 16.
