Dear Family and Friends, It was another bleak day in Harwich, I must confess I cowered indoors away from the wind and rain. Tried to be productive, and did a little bit of pedaling on the bosses machine. Now once again more pictures, the accent seems to be on the extreme weather in the US.

Dear Family and Friends, It was cold and windy today, walked as usual, and as the sun was shining it was OK.

PM to the Health Centre for blood tests, both of us have our "10,000 mile service" in January. Now back in the warm, I struggled a bit with pictures, perhaps my sense of humour is a bit jaded today. I hope they make you smile anyway!
