Dear Family and Friends, Today was sunny but with a stiff

 breeze. I was out early, and went over to the marina to help

 my friend take the covers off his boat. After lunch we binged

 on "The Good Cop", it's entertaining, but not a good as "Mr

Dear Family and Friends, Today was a mixture of grey and sunshine. They promised showers but there were none. I did exercises, and later walked to the beach. There were plenty of visitors about, but I succeeded in reaching the far end of the promenade, which I hadn't managed for several days. Now once again I have visited the nether regions of the Internet to try and find the newest and best that are on offer!

Dear Family and Friends, It was a similar day to yesterday, but perhaps a little warmer. I went shopping first thing, to buy a few essentials. Later I spent time eviscerating an old computer!
