Dear Family and Friends, It was a grey but very quiet and misty day. My highlight was a visit to the Dental Hygienist and Dentist. All was well, and a sobering thought - I now have for my next appointment a date in mid May! I did exercises, but didn't walk as it looked like rain, that never came! Now for your ration of top flight fun stuff dredged up but myself and friends. Enjoy!
