Dear Family and Friends, It was another warm and humid day with some sun. I did my exercises, walked to the beach, and later visited the Pharmacy for our monthly supply of medication. We have been warned that tonight we might be visited by storm Betty, with thunder and hail, hopefully it will hail somewhere else!
