Dear Family and Friends, It was another chilly start, but things soon warmed up to around 16°C. I didn't walk this morning; our exploits in the garden yesterday had left my joints somewhat creaky! I did do my exercises later in the morning when things had loosened up just a bit. PM, we are now into series 11 of 'Law and Order SVU', and now as dinner is looming, I am bustling about to gather together sufficient material to make a half-decent blog!
