Dear Family and Friends, It was a mild, still and sunny day. I was busy working on the boat, doing the last few jobs before we are launched. PM walked Lola to the beach, I was pleased that with walking round the marina and to the beach totalled 6kms. Now for a few more funny things to lighten your evening!

Dear Family and Friends, The day started damp, but brightened up a little later. I did my exercises and pm walked to the beach. There were quite a few joggers about.
