Dear Family and Friends, Another good day, warm sun and light winds. I walked to the beach, and met a neighbour on the way back, so as usual the World's problems were discussed. Later I sat in the sun for a while, I have psoriasis and it does help, in small doses of course. Later I did exercises before lunch. PM we are now watching Series 2 of NCIS Sydney another spin off.
