Dear Family and Friends, It was another hot one. I walked to the beach and was thankful for the sea breeze, but returning to the shelter was heavy going. had a great lunch in Old Harwich with family, including Helen's sister and her husband and number 2 son and daughter-in-law. Very good meal, and teas and coffees at home later. Long chats which took until the end of the afternoon. We are now waiting for the eclipse. Here are a few more funnies!
