Midweek Funnies

Dear Family and Friends, Today the weather was thankfully a bit cooler. We were out to lunch with our 'Gang'. Many of us went to the same school and have remained friends for the 65 years since! We met at a country pub not far out of town, and had a very good meal. Having arrived home very full and somewhat sleepy, not much else was achieved. I have now dragged my corpse in front of the computer to try to do my usual magic and make you smile just a little!

Now for some Honky Tonk!

Me too!

Tuesday's Funnies

Dear Family and Friends, They threatened rain - it didn't arrive, well not yet anyway. It was the Master Mariner's lunch at Felixstowe Ferry today. We had an excellent meal followed by a speaker about the branch of the Home Guard during WW2 that were secretly trained to be saboteurs and assassins in the event of an invasion. En route home the traffic was very slow over the Orwell bridge which is undergoing repairs. Here are some funnies.
