Dear Family and Friends, Today was overcast and cooler, 22°C. I walked but didn't get very far; by the yacht pond my calf cramped up, and I hobbled home. Most of the morning was taken up at the hospital, where herself had her wound dressings changed. Home to lunch. PM more crime TV.
