Dear Family and Friends, Today was mainly grey but with a little sun. We were at the Health Centre very early where Herself had the RSW jab. I was not allowed as I am too old! Later I walked to the beach, the sun was really warm and the cloud formations were wonderful. Later we slumped in front of the TV, we are now following a new spin off from NCIS called NCIS Origins about the young Gibbs. Now for more fun stuff which with the help of my friends makes up tonight's blog. Please enjoy them!
